As you have likely already heard, a recent Crowdstrike Falcon update has caused Blue Screen issues on Windows hosts. This is a technical issue that Crowdstrike is troubleshooting, there is no indication yet that it was caused by a cybersecurity issue.
While such incidents are unfortunate, they are a part of the complex landscape we navigate in the security space.
Please rest assured that Lumifi’s team is fully aware of and actively monitoring the situation. The Lumifi SOC remains fully operational and is not impacted by this issue.
We have already communicated necessary action items and next steps with our customers to ensure continued protection of their environments. Our dedicated team is on top of this situation, and we will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
